Course Synopsis: This course
meets the Private Security Bureau requirement of two
(2) continuing education (CE) credits as to the review
of Texas Occupations Code 1702 and the Board’s Administrative
Rules, Tex. Admin. Code 37 T.A.C. 35 for renewal of
a Texas Private Investigator's license.
This course concentrates on the Private Security
Bureau board rules that govern private investigators
and investigative agencies. This course will make
private investigators and Managers of private investigator
licenses more aware of board rules and regulations
of the Private Security Bureau. Private investigators
and allow investigators and investigative agencies
to gain insight into staying abreast of the board
rules that apply to their profession and livelihood.
